A first step in the process is to ask clients what they want to Tiffany to their collection after their death. In a handful of cases, that may be relatively simple: They may intend to bequeath it to a museum or other nonprofit, in which case it's a relatively straightforward matter.

More often, however, the collector hopes to pass on part or all ofcollection to family members. This can be fraught with peril, says Taylor, who recommends convening family meetings to discuss the plan frankly.
A family meeting helps clear the air, however painfully. Too often children and grandchildren express enthusiasm for collection to maintain family harmony, which is misinterpreted by the collector as a passion for the items. "Eventually the collector comes to Tiffany Key Vintage oval key pendant that the next generation is going to have a different perception of the value of the collection," Taylor says.
